Laminated glass is glass consisting of 2 ordinary float glass which is bonded with polyvinyl butyral film (PVB). PVB will glue the glass so that broken glass remains attached even though it has broken. Although it has more resistance to penetration, the strength of laminated glass does not differ much from ordinary float glass.
